These ppl were broke, living in trailers, had 2 kids, debt, a business failing.... they created a YouTube channel sharing their life and how the fixed up their mobile homes... now they bought a house with cash, and a new 30$k tractor, a bus, have zero debt... Understood.... I don't really trust rumble to not do any shady sh-t though, but trump is not dumb... he's probably 20 steps ahead of them. Gab is doing similiar with social media, technology, payment processing, video, streaming... when these two (gab and truth) platforms take FB and Twitter shares it's a win.

I agree, commercial RE (office space) is really hurting with many working from home. The thing is, right now... even though I have a vacant property... at the current (and 5+ year historical) rate of appreciation it increases 3k/month.... leaving it vacant is profitable (until/if there's a crash).... unrealized gains. So I'd imagine the big guys with deep pockets could do the same... just leave em vacant until they want to rent them, no rush... or buy up entire neighborhoods and develope govt housing... guaranteed rent paid by....

I heard about Zillow, what fools. they offered a neighbor 360k for her house that on the regular market will get maybe 320k... that adds up when you do it thousands of times. Now... what do you think these middleman investors will do when they have all these houses, up the prices and sell to individuals? rent them long term? package them to bigger investors? I would think many conservatives are leaving liberal cities and the liberal cities will be filled with illegals and like your said quadruple vaxd.

Agree... ironically I have a few properties and one FSBO and majority of buyers I get are institutions trying to buy... and they are frothing at the mouth, they will email daily!! Im avoiding selling to them. What do you think these investors will do, bundle and sell to bigger guys or up the price and sell to individuals?

Thanks! I know people transfer there accounts to different brokers but transfer stocks with triggering a sale makes me nervous, like someone will screw it up (me) and I'll have to pay uncle Sam.

How does on transfer accounts? Do you transfer all your stocks from one broker to another.... or just your cash?
