I know this isn't a Wall Street investment, it's a main street investment .. but I gotta ask anywhere and everywhere I can. This is an opportunity my wife and I have to go all in for and need the right, like-minded person(s) we can work with to make this happen.

Does anyone know acquisition investors that I can engage to purchase a well established, household name company in hemp consumables industry? Will reach $6m-$10m eoy revenue. My buy in is $2m, and I will have a royalty agreement to pay off the rest in a seller finance deal. I will triple this in 18 months.

Guidance and direction is greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you are going all in, why not take on a loan to cover the rest?

Or is your $2 M already leveraged?

But also, who are the purchasing competition? Why do you need to pay so much if nobody else is willing to buy in?

If you find me a lender for the hemp consumable goods industry that will put up $2m for me, I'll do it. There is ALOT of competition to buy but I'm being given first crack because I'll maintain high integrity of brand and industry. If I don't get it, there will be a cash buyout in the $10m range easy. May revenue was $650k with about 40% net. Jan - May numbers are in the $3.5m range.

Do an extended payout, instead of all up front. If you have 1.5 mil, then you should be able to get a loan for an additional 3. Do a 4.5 M cash and 10 M payout over five years.

What you can then do is incorporate and sell off 40% of the company to pay down the loan so you can use profit to pay off the original guy. That's if you need to.

You have a lawyer for this, right? The lawyer should be helping you put together a negotiation package. You should be asking people in the industry if they have suggestions for lending institutions. You may end up with a high interest loan, either way.

Because one will still be making me money in 18 months. Whereas the other will plateau and act as an interest free savings account. Plus, I get to hire and feed unlimited people owning a company.

I would create a mobile Shark Tank from small town to town investing in people if I were the billionaire like Mr Wonderful and the rest
