We shouldn't be looking at using trivialities to force companies to comply with some lunatic's idea of symmetry.

Female, here, and a chemist. Ya wanna know where the discrimination is? In the Liberal Arts. Male scientists are generally objective and very decent about having women around.

And where is it routine for the higher-ups to be literally fucking the hired help, both male and female? That, my friend, is theater, movies and politics.

The Social Justice Warriors are free to criticize the engineers, programmers, chemists, physicists and mathematicians AFTER they clean up Hollywood and DC.
